Short-term consultancy - National HIV/AIDS Strategy for Romania

UNDP Romania invites qualified and interested candidates to apply for a short-term consultancy assignments under Project “Romanian HIV/AIDS Strategy 2008-2013” in accordance with the following Terms of Reference: ToR – Facilitation of the strategic planning process for HIV/AIDS and drafting the National HIV/AIDS Strategy 2011 – 2015 for Romania

Administrative Assistant

United Nations Development Programme in Romania invites applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant in the Operations Unit.

Duties and responsabilities: Under the guidance and supervision of the Operations Manger, the Administrative Assistant provides support to administrative services ensuring high quality of work, ensures accurate, timely and properly recorded/documented service delivery. The Administrative Assistant promotes a client, quality and results-oriented approach.He/she works in close collaboration with the Operations, Programme and projects staff in the CO and other UN agencies staff to ensure consistent service delivery.

Experience and qualifications: Candidates will have secondary education and 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience at national or intrenational level.

Key competencies: Full working knowledge of Romanian and English, including excellent writing skills; strong organizational and inter-personal skills; advanced computer skills; professionalism and maturity; ability to work in a mutually supportive team approach and in a multi-cultural environment.
